Leadership & Council Meeting:

USA L Pattern:
- Mr. Mitts will open the room at 6:30 - 6:40 AM
- All candidates and helpers come by 7:00 AM. Don't plan on leaving before 6:00 PM.
- The USA people arrive at 7:00 AM
- 1st performance is around 8:00 AM
- Awards Ceremony is around 4:30. It should be done by 5:00 PM.
- Clean-up starts after the awards ceremony.
- Mr. Goldstein will call Mr. Lai Sr. and Mr. Ableson Sr. for canopies.
- Mr. Mitts will get the tables and chairs.

Early Am:
- Coffee, Cream, and Sugar: Provided by Mrs. Widergren
- Coffee Maker: Provided by Mrs. Widergren and Mr. Goldstein
- Hot Chocolate: Provided by Mr. Hogue.
- Hot Cups: In band locker room.
- Muffins: Evelyn C. [me!!] is going to write a letter to Mimi's Cafe.
- Donuts: Provided by Evelyn C.
- Menu Board: Provided by Mr. Goldstein
- Granola Bars: DONATIONS!!

Lunch:
